Dr. Hsiu-Po Kuo graduated from Department of Chemical Engineering at National Taiwan University in 1995. After the military service (1995-1997), He began his study at The University of Birmingham, UK in 1998 and received his Ph.D. degree in Chemical Engineering in 2001. He joined Department of Chemical and Materials Engineering at Chang Gung University (CGU) in 2002 as Assistant Professor and is promoted as Associate Professor in 2007. He was the Director of Centre for Innovation and Incubation in CGU from 2005 to 2010. He is the best-contributed editor in 2010 for Advanced Powder Technology Journal. He is currently the PI of several projects sponsored by Formosa Petrochemical Corporation. His research interests include the fundamentals and modelling of particle segregation, the environmental and energy applications of fluidised beds and coating on flexible substrates.
