ABSTRACT

The Web Intelligence is the study and research of the application of Artificial Intelligence and Information Technology on the web in order to create the next generation of products, services and frameworks based on the internet. It is a big challenge to apply data mining techniques along with keywordbased searches that is usually employed by Web search engines to produce relevant Web pages. The Web search engine does the job of searching mechanically without having any knowledge about the actual meaning of the keyword placed for search. There may be many unfetched relevant documents containing the synonym of the keyword. Data Mining can provide a set of synonyms for the search keyword so that the Web search engine performs a combined search. The goal is to develop an intelligent Web by integrating data mining with Web search engine service to enhance the quality of Web search.
