ABSTRACT
Terahertz imaging arrays are one such class of sensor system that offers a solution to the need for a passive all-weather look down sensor for critical DOD and environmental missions.
Photonic signal processors have the potential of enabling the deployment of wideband sensor systems whose data rates would otherwise overwhelm the capabilities of traditional digital signal processor.
The primary challenge is the development of an onboard processor for an unmanned vehicle that can work with weight and DC power restrictions. In this paper we model the State machine portion of the processor.
