Object Oriented Modeling of SWOT Analysis of Engineering Education in India

ABSTRACT

Indian Engineering Education System is one of the biggest technical educational systems in the world. Till date there are around 2500 Technical Institutions churning out about 700,000 engineers every year in India. In this paper we have performed a SWOT analysis on the Indian Engineering Education system. Here we first introduce the concept of SWOT analysis. The nature of work already done in this field is then studied. The challenges faced in the field of engineering education are then discussed. Then we perform the SWOT analysis of the System and model it using UML. Finally the challenges faced while doing this modeling is discussed.
