The application aims at extracting the sentiment of customer from the textual data.The application involves the conversion of unstructured data into structured data. The main objective of the application software is to extract and analyze customer sentiment so as to provide modern and novel ways for Customer Relationship Management (CRM). The resultant analysis by the application will help to take important business decisions.
