ABSTRACT

The paper describes the EUMINAfab knowledge management approach for the modelling and description of technologies available within the consortium. The resulting knowledge management system integrates the modelling approaches of several European research activities in this area to a comprehensive description format for technical capabilities as well as maturity and economic aspects.

Keywords: Information and knowledge management, Micro manufacture, Nano manufacture, Technological interfaces, Process chains, Technology maturity.
