ABSTRACT

The occurrence of earthquake is a worldwide problem. These occur due to movements along the faults that have evolved through geological and tectonic process. It is most disastrous for all calamities as it affects large areas causing death injuries and destroys the huge physical property. Earthquake prediction is a very big challenge to every research not in India but in all countries (China, Japan, USA). We have analyzed ULF online and bio-potential (offline) data and found very interesting result and try to correlate it with drastic change in concentration in contents (xylem & phloem) due to generation of electromagnetic emissions which produce the precursory nature of seismic activities. We are trying to develop a new technique for detection of Seismic signals through live sensor (i.e. Bio-potential).

Keywords: ULF emissions, Seismic Electric Signals (SES), Bio-potential, Earthquakes, etc.
