Payments are to be made in Singapore dollars (S$) as quoted below. All banking charges MUST BE borne by the participants. Only credit card and bank draft are accepted for payment.

Registration Fee

The Conference registration fee entitlement:

Full Registration includes:

• Each full registration is for up to TWO (2) technical paper presentations
• Admission of one person to all conference sessions
• Admission of one person to daily lunch and tea breaks
• One set of CD-ROM proceedings
• One Book of Abstracts
• One Conference Banquet

Student Registration includes:

• Each student registration can present only one technical paper, if you are the presenting author
• Admission of one person to all conference sessions
• Admission of one person to daily lunch and tea breaks
• One set of CD-ROM proceedings
• One Book of Abstracts

Student status verification is required either by a letter from the Institution or a scanned copy of the student card. Student registration does not include the conference dinner

Cancellation Policy:

A 50% refund will be made for withdrawals (received in writing or email) by 31 October 2013. No refunds will be made thereafter. However, a replacement will be accepted upon prior arrangement at no extra cost. Please inform us of the changes, if any, by email.
