Preface

It is our pleasure to welcome you to the 19th International Conference on Computational Intelligenceand Security (CIS'2023) – a premiere research event to be held in Haikou on December 1-4, 2023. The CIS is a major annual international conference to bring to gether researchers, engineers, developers and practitioners from academia and industry working in all areas of two crucial fields in information processing: computational intelligence (CI) and information security (IS), to share the experience, exchange and cross-fertilize ideas. In particularly, the series of CIS conference provides an ideal platform to explore the potential applications of CI models, algorithms and technologies to IS.

Following the great success in the past, CIS'2023, the 19th conference, has received in total 298 submissions from 7 countries and regions all over the world. All of them were blindly and strictly peer-reviewed by the Program Committee and experts in the corresponding fields. Finally, 130 high-quality papers were accepted and included in the proceedings.

We would like to thank the organizers: Hainan University and National Key Laboratory of Electromagnetic Space Security, and the technical sponsors: Guangdong University of Technology, Beijing Normal University, Xidian University, and the Research Publishing (S) Pte Ltd in Singapore for their unremitting support and collaboration to make CIS'2023 become possible and be successful. Furthermore, we would like to sincerely thank the Program Committee members and additional reviewers for their professional work to the review processing. We hope that each of you will have exciting and fruitful experience towards future research and developments in the domain, and have a nice stay in Haikou!
