ABSTRACT

Intelligent Connected Vehicles (ICVs) are the fusion of remote information processing technology and intelligent vehicles. Based on emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence and 5G communication technology, the intelligent networked car can exchange information with people, vehicles, and roads through in-vehicle and intervehicle networks, which achieve the interconnection and inter-working of vehicles, personnel and roads. However, while integrating emerging innovative Internet technologies into vehicles brings convenience, speed, intelligence, and comfort to customers, it also brings some information security issues. This article summarizes the security threats and research status of in-vehicle and inter-vehicle networks. The main reasons for insufficient research work and safety problems are summarized. Finally, the security technical challenges in the ICVs aspect are analyzed from data privacy, communication channel reliability, resource allocation rationality and service quality superiority. Aiming at the existing problems, the future research directions are proposed.
