questionnaire distributions and answers were conducted in order to collect data and explore effective training paths for improving college studentsī vocational ability. In addition, the proposed model could work well since there is no serious common
method bias among the modelī s variables by common method bias test and also, all the variables have significant positive correlation each other by correlation test. Finally, the empirical results were carried out which show all the involved factors have
effectively improved college students' vocational competence. Undoubtedly, this paper provides a theoretical basis for new construction of the commerce vocational ability cultivation system.
