ABSTRACT

The quality of graduate education is the total of the ability to cultivate students, impart knowledge and provide space for students to learn and develop. Under the present conditions, the evaluation of the quality of postgraduate teaching is mainly carried out by the government or a third party. Based on the factors affecting the teaching quality of graduate students, this paper proposes a teaching quality evaluation model composed of three dimensions: student source quality, teacher quality and training quality. An important feature of the teacher performance appraisal system design is the weight of teacher performance measurement. The weight of the performance measurement determines the teacher's summative evaluation score and the teacher's performance evaluation result. In order to improve the persuasiveness of the results, particle swarm optimization(PSO) is used to compensate for the deficiency of the traditional analytic hierarchy process (AHP).
