Research on the Framework of Large-scale Event Security System Based on Big Data

ABSTRACT
Considering current development status and public security management system in China, a framework of large-scale event security system based on big data is proposed. The users and service subjects are clarified. It consists of 9 functions: command and disposal management, dynamic patrol, police research and judgment management, personnel management, vehicle management, key facility management, emergency plan management, basic information management of personnel and vehicles, and information presentation management. These system functions are studied through constructions of 3 frameworks, i.e., system framework, logical framework and physical framework. The framework can provide guidance for the implementation of large-scale events security systems.
