Research on Agricultural Product Traceability System Based on Blockchain

ABSTRACT

The agricultural product traceability system can identify the source of the product and provide detailed information throughout the entire process from production to dining tables. Traceability system is mostly led by local regulatory authorities or enterprises, and relevant production data is centrally managed, making the data susceptible to human tampering. The integrity and authenticity of traceability information cannot be guaranteed. Blockchain is a shared ledger technology that has the characteristics of decentralization, transparency, distributed storage, tamper resistance, security and reliability. It is considered an inherent trust machine and can be used to solve many bottleneck problems in traditional traceability systems. This article mainly studies how to build an agricultural product traceability system based on blockchain technology, blockchain the production data of agricultural production, food processing enterprises, transportation logistics enterprises, and sales enterprises, and ensure the authenticity and effectiveness of traceability data. Truly achieve traceable sources, traceable destinations, and accountability.
