ABSTRACT

When the consumption level of the population enhances the maturity of Internet technology, China's snack food industry has entered an unprecedented period of prosperity, and the hot market has also created a situation of fierce competition. Many snack food enterprises are actively seizing the opportunity of new retail to transform and upgrade to have a better development prospect. As a new thing, "new retail" is vulnerable to various risks. The snack food industry shares financial risk problems such as weak profitability, blind investment and expansion, outdated development strategies, and low operational efficiency. Therefore, the snack food industry should promote the healthy and prosperous development of the industry by strengthening cost control, improving business profitability, prudently planning the scale of expansion, rationally allocating investment capital, focusing on product innovation and R&D, creating smart experience shops, and paying attention to food safety issues, innovative consumer feedback mechanism and other safeguard measures.
