On Impact of Cold Chain Logistics for Export of Agricultural Products in Guangdong

ABSTRACT
Since 1978, China has achieved remarkable results after opening its agricultural trade to the global market and becoming a major player in international agricultural trading. However, Guangdong Province has experienced a trade deficit trend in agricultural product import and export trade. This paper aims to analyze the development status and existing problems of cold chain logistics in Guangdong Province and examine the impact of its development on agricultural export trade through relevant data and theoretical support. By highlighting the importance of developing cold chain logistics, this study proposes appropriate suggestions for improving the cold chain logistics system, as well as strategies to promote the export of agricultural products in Guangdong Province. The implementation of these recommendations will contribute to the steady economic development of Guangdong Province.
