ABSTRACT

Development of multi-material stereolithography techniques has enabled the creation of structures with geometric complexity and material heterogeneity. However, most of conventional methods suffer from long material exchange time and low material contrast due to cross-contamination. Here we report a rapid multi-material stereolithography technique using an enclosed printing chamber where material change is driven by a pump. This fast, high resolution, and high contrast multi-material 3D printing method can enable new multi-functional devices and structures in diverse areas.
