<title>ABSTRACT</title>
<p>Transmission system is one of the three key components of helicopter. The reliability level of transmission system will directly affect the reliability and safety of helicopter. Based on the V model in system engineering, this paper constructs a technical framework for reliability design analysis and verification, which can guide the development of helicopter transmission system reliability and improve its reliability level.<br/>
Firstly, the fault of helicopter transmission system is analyzed, the index of reliability level is determined, and the reliability distribution is carried out. Secondly, according to the reliability requirement of each level of helicopter transmission system, it is designed and tested to help formulate the corresponding reliability design criteria and guide the development of reliability design and analysis. Thirdly, a reliability verification framework is constructed to verify whether the corresponding reliability indicators can meet the needs of users in the previous product demonstration. This paper provides a certain technical path for the reliability work in the development of helicopter transmission system.<br/>
The results have certain reference value and guiding significance for the development of helicopter transmission system reliability and the improvement of its level, and are conducive to the improvement of helicopter transmission system reliability.</p>
