<title>ABSTRACT</title>
<p>This paper is conducted with the support of the French Alternative Energies and Atomic Energy Commission (CEA) and respond to both academic and operational queries regarding safety and occupational safety requirements during the renewal of subcontractors in quasi-integration at a nuclear facility. This research work deals specifically with the question of the performance of knowledge transfer within a system of actors including the incoming and outgoing subcontractors and the CEA. These last two actors provide training for the incoming subcontractors. The purpose of this training is to contribute to acquisition of needed technical competencies and to the maintenance of safety and occupational safety and, in particular, to the transfer of knowledge to the incoming subcontractors. A grounded theory approach has been adopted throughout this work. The data was analyzed using the Kirkpatrick model, which made it necessary to increment and contextualize the model to the specificities and constraints of this type of training. This incremental evaluation model proposed and tested may provide the CEA with suggestions pertaining to the methodology, the quality and the transformation used in the training of future subcontractors.</p>
