ABSTRACT

Tactical Aircraft Operating System (TAOS) is an anthropotechnical system which is included into the third level of Tactical Air Force System metamodel. Innovative model of the TAOS includes seven separated analysis domains. The most essential part of the TAOS model is domain IV – air task. The air task domain presents one of the military tactical aircraft flight phases, that is treated as an air mission stage. Every kind of military tactical aircraft due to its designed features and onboard equipment, is usually predisposed to execute determined air tasks. There are processes, including their operations and events, which always take place within the air tasks. An idea of general defining the air task processes became a kind of cornerstone of the considered air task model. The authors indicate 6M-classes of elements within air task domain. The developed model of the air task is considered as an area of interests for three procedures of hazards identification process, namely: hazards sources identification within 6M-classes of elements, hazards sources grouping and hazards formulating. The authors present a case study of an exemplary air task that is executed in the tactical aircraft operating system of Su-22M4 fighter-bomber aircraft. In the following case, process of hazards identification is carried out using the spreadsheet that presents Hazard Identification Model components in a MS Excel computer application format.
