This document describes the format for the 4-page extended abstract or full-length paper to be presented in the 5th International Congress on Computational Mechanics and Simulation to be held at Chennai, during December 10-13, 2013 (ICCMS 2014). It is our goal to maintain a reasonable degree of consistency between papers in the final proceedings/product. This document has been created in the required format. It can therefore be used as a template by simply typing over the existing contents of the file.
