Welcome to the ICrtSIV-2015 conference at DBIT Bangalore, India. On behalf of DBIT, I would like to thank all the Conference Chairs, Program Chairs and the Technical Committees. Their high competence and professional advice enable us to prepare the high quality program. After more than half–a–year of preparation, the conference finally comes into being. We hope all of you will have a wonderful time at the conference. We believe that by this conference, you get an opportunity for exchanging views with researchers and practitioners across globe with the common interest in different niche areas which are identified as theme for this conference. For this conference, more than 275 scholars have submitted papers and more than 152 papers have been accepted and published finally. In order to host more professional and significant International Conferences, your suggestions are warmly welcome.
