Message from President
It is indeed a great pleasure to accord a warm welcome to all the delegates to the ICrtSIV-2015. This event is a product of the active involvement of the faculty of Electronics and Communication Engineering Department, Organizing Committee Specialists and many National Societies around the globe. The International Conference and agendas are targeted in the typical areas of Signal Processing, Image Processing and VLSI which is intended to disclose the current state of the art in order to stimulate a healthy debate and to project trends for new developments, which transcend the threshold to the 21st century. I thank everyone who has made this event possible and I look forward to personally meeting you during the conference.
