Foreword
The Second international conference on Signal Processing, Image Processing and VLSI (ICrtSIV-2015) mainly focuses on Image processing, Signal Processing, Pattern Recognition, Document Processing, Biomedical Processing, Computer Vision, Biometrics, Data mining and Knowledge discovery, Information retrieval and Information coding, Video Processing, VLSI verification, Mixed VLSI design and Low power VLSI, New concepts and breakthrough in VLSI processors and devices including Memory, Logic, I/O, RF, Analog, Mixed Signal, High-voltage, Imager and MEMS etc. In an overwhelming response we have received 275 research papers and all of them have undergone the review process. 152 research papers have been shortlisted based on therecommendations of the review committee. Each paper was reviewed by two experts in theconcerned area. The fact that we have received papers from all over the globe indicates the type of research work in the area of signal processing, image processing and VLSI going on around the world.
I would like to extend my sincere thanks to reviewers for their valuable suggestions in bringing out the quality technical papers. We thank Wayanamac Education Trust (WET), Visveswaraya Technological University Belgaum, Chief patrons (International and National), Patron, Organizing Chairs, Organizing co-chairs, Advisory chair, Program chair, Program committee, Sponsors and faculty members of DBIT, Bangalore.
