TitleIntel® RealSense™ Technology for Natural, Intuitive, and Immersive Human Computer Interaction
SpeakerMark Kim
Manager, APAC Consumer Application Enabling, Intel

Abstract
The interaction between human and computers has been evolved from text messages (keyboard) and graphical user interfaces (mouse) to more intuitive touch and sensors. In the near future, more natural, intuitive, and immersive interactions are expected to explode by using the human itself as the interface: face, voice, and gestures. Intel® recently introduced RealSense™ to meet the demands of innovative human-computer interactions through face analysis, speech recognition, and gesture recognition. RealSense has integrated such diverse technologies to add human-like “senses” to the “brain” of the PC. You can get an insight of Intel’s state-of-the-art technologies to open up new types of human-computer interactions in various applications.
