ABSTRACT

The paper presents the fire test on administrative building with focus to the unprotected castellated composite beams. The transfer of heat into the structure shows a good conservative prediction of the test on real structure as well as application of the measured radiation. The shear failure modes of the simplified mechanical prediction of the behaviour at elevated temperature are well visible on the load deformation curve as well as on relative deformation of the beam web close to its support.
