A Survey of Educational Learning Styles: Improving Quality in Higher Education using Knowledge Management

ABSTRACT

In today’s era there is an increasing interest in integrating Knowledge Management (KM) with the Higher Education. The purpose of this paper is to explore how an educational institution/University can adopt the concept of knowledge management to improve the quality of education. The further section of this paper gives the strengths and weakness in different types of learning. Based on the knowledge components the various types of learning are analyzed. The need for adapting KM in the higher education, which helps to improve the quality in higher education, is discussed in this paper. It analyzes the characteristics of different types of learning. This inference paved a way that the u-learning is considered to be the best to integrate with Knowledge Management in Higher Education.
