Special Session | DAETE presentations |
Date/Time | Sunday, 17 October 2010 / 2:00 pm – 3:45 pm |
Venue | Engineering Auditorium |
The DAETE Project has established quality standards for Continuing Engineering Education (CEE) Centers and has developed a self-assessment tool with supporting benchmarking tools that CEE providers can use to assess and improve the quality of their programs. The DAETE Project Team has spent the past two years validating those standards with CEE centers and non-engineering CE Centers in the EU, US, and China. Attend this session to obtain an overview of the standard, get access to the self-assessment and benchmarking tools, find out how others have benefited from using the tool, and learn how to participate in the project for benchmarking and continuous quality improvement of your center.
