Developing Fresh Graduates – The Management Trainees’ Program In Keppel Offshore & Marine

ABSTRACT

This paper look at the post graduate development that Keppel Offshore & Marine as an organization, takes on to equip its fresh graduate engineers with critical technical knowledge, management skills and essential life skills. The Management Trainee Program is a structured 2-year program that serves to fast-track the careers of talented fresh graduates.

A lot of efforts have been put in the design of the whole program to ensure our Management Trainees receive an all-rounded training. Part of the program also includes customised job rotations and professional development opportunities.

Outstanding performers in the Scheme will be selected to undergo leadership and management development programmes as well as to take on international assignments and special projects.
