ABSTRACT
This paper addresses the issue of assessment in the context of the Learning Outcomes approach and the European Qualification Framework. Using e-learning as the delivery method and applying it to different levels of Engineering Education, it will intend to accredit e-learning as an assessment delivery tool that can be applied independently of the learning pathways and that can contribute to the achievement of recognition and mobility of students and to the creation of a flexible Education System. The results of a preliminary attempt to relate on-line assessment and EQF Learning outcomes will be presented.
