The UNIQM Project. A logical framework for Lifelong Learning Centres Quality Management: Tools, Guidelines and Recommendations

ABSTRACT
The UNIQM (European University Quality Management Tools for Lifelong Learning) is a project of the first call of the program Lifelong Learning that has been developed between 2007 and 2010. Based on the model of excellence of the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) and on the principles formulated by W. Edwards Deming of continuous improvement (PDCA), the project consortium, piloted by the Lifelong Learning (LLL) Center of the Universidad Politécnica de VALENCIA, has developed six tools customized to manage the Quality Management Road Map of the institutions. Three of them are for checking and three for learning. These tools are part of the UNIQM logical framework.
