ABSTRACT

With citation of training theories and techniques for modern enterprise employees and consideration to actual status of continuing education for petroleum engineering technicians, this paper concludes practical experiences and introduces a differentiated & multi-step mode of continuing education for petroleum engineering technicians, including a description of framework and operational mechanism of such a mode. Furthermore, operating procedures and quality control measures of continuing education programs are also discussed.
