ABSTRACT
In the draft of “National Reform and Development Plan and long-term (2010-2020)”, the main line is through the “priority development of education to build human resource power” .Therefore, China will change from a populous country into a strong one with rich human resources. Science and technology workers have become the focus of constraining a country’s development. Personnel training must be accelerated, and it not only plays important role in the education departments at all levels for various types, but also becomes an important work unit. A learning platform is built in China Association for Continuing Education pilot. Financial support is provided to a favorable environment and a large number of science and technology workers have been trained. In practice, I have found that Continuing education in quality assessment has lagged behind.
