Research and Construction of Continuing Engineering Education of Quality Assurance System
—An example of Continuing Education for Specialized Technical Personnel in the Field of Information Technology Education

ABSTRACT
With the analysis of domestic situation, aiming at the problems of training participants rapid growth and quality development lagged, also based on laws and policies, and learned from the advanced countries, the paper constructs Quality Assurance System(QAS) of Continuing Engineering Education(CEE), which is consistent with China's realities, reflects the continuation of modern quality management concepts. The system consists of government and society taken as the main part of the external quality assurance and, teaching institutions as the main components of internal quality assurance, both of them promote mutual coordination and improve the development of quality of engineering education.
