Research On the Continuing Education of Senior Professionals Zhejiang University under Current Economic Circumstance

ABSTRACT
The continuing education of professionals in China began in the late seventies of last century. Since then, with the dramatic growth of Chinese economic and social development, the continuing education of the professionals has obtained a certain degree of achievement in the training model, management systems, operating mechanism and curriculum construction etc. Zhejiang University has always adhered to focus on developing high-class professionals continuing education. This paper tries to analyze the Zhejiang University’s continuing education of professionals under current economic circumstance, summarize the past experience, explore the future directions and give some proposals on how to promote national continuing education in professionals field.
