ABSTRACT
The continuing education for enterprise employees through university-enterprise cooperation and production-study combination has become one of the main measures to promote the growth of engineers and technicians. With the long-term cooperation between SPC and ECUST on the continuing education of main engineers and technicians in the enterprise as an example, this paper focuses on the response and reaction of the petrochemical and specialized universities or colleges to new challenges in the era of knowledge economy, the cooperation modes on the talents training and cultivation as well as the experience and enlightenment in realizing win-win results.
