ABSTRACT

Technological innovation is the motive power of enterprise development. As an important theory of innovation method (IM), TRIZ theory, which means Theory of Inventive Problem Solving, can guide enterprise to carry out technological innovation rapidly. Recent years, CAASS (The Chinese Association of Agricultural Science Society) have carried out training and research workings of technological innovation in agricultural enterprise. According to the systematical analysis and summary of recent workings, we figure out that TRIZ theory is a new training content of continuing education in enterprise. After summary the results of workings and analysis the cases of 6 enterprises, this paper introduce the basic content of TRIZ theory, and analysis the learning, summary, application and promotion of innovation method systematically. After that, this paper brings forward a systematical framework of study and promote of innovation method, especially in agricultural enterprise. And discus the different phrases of training of innovation method, the performance management and some rules and approach in continuing training. This can promote the training and application of techniques in agricultural enterprises.
