Investigation and Analysis of China’s Enterprises’ Demand Conditions of CEE

ABSTRACT

The paper has gotten large amounts of data and information by two ways of questionnaire and interview. Basing on analysis and induction to the data and information of questionnaire and interview contents, the paper also summarily presents the current situation and existing problems of continuing engineering education (CEE) of Chinese enterprises, analyses the various affecting factors of enterprise’s CEE. Through the survey, the authors illustrate the present needs status of enterprise’s CEE from various viewpoints. At the end of the paper, the authors put forward some suggestions to solve these problems, which can be used as the empirical evidence for constructing the architecture of Chinese enterprises’ CEE.
