ABSTRACT
Based on the author’s years of working experience as human resources manager, this paper summarizes various methods and measures employed in the continuing education of the key members in scientific institutes. The education and training should be conducted with full regard to the job needs and work standards, so as to ensure the institutes’ success and development. The paper proposes overseas research, international academic exchange and cooperation, a series of lectures, on-the-job practice and so on as the major methods and measures for this purpose.
