Innovation and Practice of Continuing Education for Senior Technical Talents

ABSTRACT

The continuing education for the senior technical talents has faced many problems, such as the difficulty of designing curriculum and the conflict between job and training etc. Based on the idea of need-orientation, resource-sharing and project management, Shengli Oilfield has designed the training program according to the trainee’s competency and carried out the technical training effectively. Shengli has innovated a series of continuing education method successfully, such as CTOT Method, Learning with Experts Method, Training Promoted by Contest Method etc. It improved the target, efficiency and attractiveness of the training.
