ABSTRACT
Along with the rapid intensify of technology updating, market competition, and global integration, the long term development and prosperity of an enterprise is closely related to on-the-job training and continuing education. In this paper, on-the-job training and continuing education encourage mechanism in Qilu Chlor-alkali plant of Sinopec Corporation was discussed on how to stimulate the active learning of employees and provide intelligence support for the enterprise growth.
