The contributions of this paper refer to development of biomaterials research and also the elucidation of some aspects that occurs at the biointerface. The association of different physic-chemical methods in testing and exploitation of titanium alloys permit the identification of important parameters and good results in dental materials. The paper refer to the relation between titanium and his alloys (TiAlV, TiAlVMoFe, TiAlZr) exploitation and the testing of these samples by covering with hydroxyapatite (HA) used to increase the biocompatibility. Covering the surface with HA, the samples become highly hydrophilic. The deposition methods are: chemical, electrochemical and laser pulsed (PLD).
