<title>ABSTRACT</title>
<p>Potential revenue losses may be experienced by companies using e-commerce, especially when the user-interface of their sites has usability problems. This paper presents a usability test of e-commerce websites, specifically to the online delivery services of four fast food restaurants in the Philippines. Five novice participants for each website were selected using convenience sampling. Morae Recorder and Morae Manager software were used in facilitating through the usability test. Similar tasks were assigned to the participants of the experiment in using the said websites. Based from the task execution of the participants, three usability problems commonly shared by the tested websites were identified, namely: wording, navigation, and inefficiency. Several case illustrations and auxiliary data analyses were presented in support for the said problems realized. </p>
