ABSTRACT
Development of high-rise buildings has sometimes been considered the culprit for the lost of spirits of cities. Its creation can turn into troubles. The strong proponent of humanism is the source of the cities which are full of vitality. The creation of high-rise building needs starts from the dimensions of humanism. The urban environment, the form language, spatial characteristics and geographical culture are considered to have affected the innovative creation of high-rise buildings, which is to create their cultural values in the city.
