Case Based & Data Mining System of High-Rise Structure Intelligent Form Optimization

ABSTRACT

An engineering case information-integrated model is developed based on Object-Orientation (OO) technology. 43 questionnaires are worked out and 1,008 engineering cases are obtained. The conversion rule of transforming OO models into relation models is presented. The high-rise structure case librarytable relational framework is established. The case library is built in the environment of SQL Server2000. A database management system is constructed under Delphi 6.0 and the functions such as edition, maintenance and inquiry are realized. On the basis of the case library built and its management system a data mining system is developed, which can provide four data mining methods for the acquisition of form optimization knowledge. These four means can dig out rule knowledge hidden in the cases from different aspects, and every means is complementary to one another. All the work stated above provides new ways and means to solve the ‘bottleneck’ problem of knowledge acquisition involved in traditional intelligent form optimization (IFO) method as well as to acquire, save, mine out, manage and make full use of engineering case resources.
